Shipping policy

Once your order has been picked by our specialist, it is prepared with much care, each box of cigars is vacuum packed before shipping. This process ensures your cigars never arrive dry or damaged in any way.

Merchandise is delivered directly to the address and to the person indicated. In all cases, the shipment will only be released to the client personally or to an individual whose name appears on the delivery report.

Shipping and handling

For all shipments in Canada (Quebec), no delivery charges apply. You should receive your order within 2-3 business days.

For international orders or to the US, a $15 charge applies, and you should receive your order in 5-7 business days.
